Find a comfy Sunday morning spot and enjoy this restorative session where moderator Rigo Garcia, MBA, APN-BC, MSN, CRNA, and Christine Kurtz, DNP, RN, PHMCNS-BC converse about the science of sleep and how the lack of adequate rest can affect the body and increase anxiety and stress. Dr. Kurz will apply her psychiatric nursing and psychotropic medication management expertise to explore how to sleep, why sleep is important, and the helpful/not helpful interplay of naps and medications. Registration is free.
